The process was easy from start to finish, scheduling was smooth, and when I arrived I was treated very kindly by everyone, front desk (Rainbow), hygienist/assistant (Julissa), and Dr. Nancy Endress. What I appreciated most was how transparent they were. Everything was explained upfront, and every billable service was clearly reviewed before anything happened. No surprises at all, which is rare these days. Dr. Endress was excellent. She explained the inlay procedure and the reason for it in a way that made total sense, and when I asked more technical questions, she was happy to go deeper. On top of that, she was genuinely kind, and you could tell she took her time and cared about the quality of the work. I’ll be going to her from now on, highly recommend. Thanks Lakewood Dentists!
